My style doesn’t really fit into any previously defined categories, but can be best described as Life Celebration Photography. Simply put, my style is a celebration of life in all its complexity, honoring the beauty that emerges from authenticity, imperfection, and the human journey.
When someone asks, "What's your photographic style?" I can't help but think, "How much time do you have?" Simplicity has never been my strong suit because my style is anything but simple. It's a blend—a rich, textured mix of Lifestyle Photography, Kintsugi Ideology, Humanistic Photography, Biographical Photography, and the belief in Beauty Through Authenticity.
My work brings together the raw, candid moments of lifestyle photography with the deep, philosophical approach of Kintsugi, embracing imperfections as part of the story. It’s also driven by the empathy at the heart of humanistic photography, where each image connects on a personal and emotional level. Every photo I take is an invitation to see the extraordinary in the ordinary, to recognize the strength in vulnerability, and to connect through our shared human experiences.
In essence, my style is a celebration of life’s beautiful complexity. It’s about honoring the authenticity, the imperfections, and the journey that shapes us all. At the core of my photography lies a deep belief: true beauty is found in authenticity. A photograph might initially catch your eye with its vibrant colors or striking composition, but it’s the story, the raw emotion, and the unfiltered truth behind that image that leaves a lasting impact. Just like in life, where someone’s physical appearance might draw us in, it’s their kindness, wisdom, and the stories etched in their soul that truly connect us.
